Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 August 2026 Website: https://workpermitdesk.com (also workpermitdesk.co.uk) Provider (placeholder): Work Permit Desk product operator — replace with your company legal name.
These Terms govern access to the Work Permit Desk website and software. Not legal advice. Review with counsel before production.
1. The service
Work Permit Desk is operational software for sponsor-licence compliance workflows (records, monitoring, reminders, audit packs, adviser multi-client tools).
We do not:
- Provide immigration legal advice
- Choose visa routes for you
- Submit reports to the Home Office SMS
- Guarantee licence outcomes or audit results
AI-assisted outputs require authorised human review before any external filing or decision.
2. Accounts and access
- Accounts are provisioned for authorised organisations and advisers (no open self-registration).
- You must keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorised use.
- You are responsible for users you invite and for the accuracy of data you enter.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service (probe other tenants, reverse engineer for harm, upload malware, scrape beyond normal use, or break law). We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. See Privacy Policy and DPA.
5. Fees
Paid plans are described on Pricing. Fees, renewals, and taxes will be set out in your order form or subscription agreement when commercial terms are finalised.
6. Availability and support
We aim for reasonable availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Support channels include in-product guidance and WhatsApp +44 7448 313044.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for decisions you make based on software outputs. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if no fees paid), except where liability cannot be limited (e.g. death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).
8. Termination
Either party may terminate as set out in your order form. On termination we will cease processing and delete or return data as described in the DPA, subject to legal retention.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections if applicable.
